Our return policy

We understand sometimes a product simply does not meet your expectations and you want to return or exchange it...

You can make a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. If you are located in one of the following countries (Germany, Denmark, France, Switzerland, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Netherlands), we offer you a free or low-cost return label.

Please note the following information for returns:

• The goods should be in the original packaging.

• There should be no signs of washing or wearing.

• Tags and labels must not be damaged or removed.

• The goods must not have any stains, hair or unpleasant odors

• Socks must be sealed in their original packaging.

Please note that we are unable to issue a refund if an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition. All items are subject to inspection upon return.
